I had a car accident in Bentleigh today and one of the kind people who work here saw me crying on the side of the road and pulled over to help. He went and brought cable ties for me and fixed my front bumper in the middle of the Maccas car park and I couldn’t be more grateful. Avoid these guys. Absolutely horrible service. Bought an Ineos Grenadier and it has some pretty major issues with the computer. Alarms for seatbelts going off randomly all sorts of other warnings coming up on the dash. Took it in and its been 3 weeks now. They haven't called back and not answering the calls or replying to emails. They have the car and they won't give it back. My only option is to go to the ACCC. Avoid these guys for any car purchase.
Booked my car for a major service a month or so in advance . Firstly they tell me the cost is well in excess of $2000.00 not having on file when we were sold the car it was on a capped service agreement . They tell me to drop the car off on the 7/2/25 at 8 am telling me it is a long service so won’t be ready till 5pm. So I booked the following day’s appointments , then I get a text saying we will need to keep your car overnight . This ruined my next days work schedule . Finally my car is ready just after 12 .
