Booked my car for a major service a month or so in advance . Firstly they tell me the cost is well in excess of $2000.00 not having on file when we were sold the car it was on a capped service agreement . They tell me to drop the car off on the 7/2/25 at 8 am telling me it is a long service so won’t be ready till 5pm. Zero initiative shown despite forewarning on repeated issues. No interest in new car issues affecting the user and the need to expedite fixes. No interest in root cause of issues. Such a disappointment given the potential of the vehicle.

Ineous Grenedier - One of the WORST post sales aervice experiences in my life. The service division for such an expensive vehicle treats their customers with disrespect. They say they will call you but don't. Say they will do it within a few days but don't. You have to follow up continually with them. Absolutely abysmal. If we had known, we would have thought twice about buying the vehicle.
