William at Brighton Auto was fantastic in helping us to buy our next family car. We were so pleased with the price and value. His service was excellent. Not pushy, thoughtful, honest and informative. Thank you! It would be a 5 star review if you didn’t have to bounce from the sales person to the window person to the finance person and sit through their pitches. There must be a better … but in my experience, all the dealers do this to their customers.

Ia m extremely disappointed with the condition of the vehicle I received. Upon delivery, there were visible coffee stains inside the car, and the key fob immediately showed a low battery warning. This is completely unacceptable for a newly purchased vehicle ( even though it's one year old vehicle) But still you cannot hand it over to customer with coffee stains in it.. It clearly indicates that the car was not properly inspected or prepared before being handed over. Such oversights reflect poorly on the dealership’s quality ... read more
