I had the pleasure of dealing with William (via a listing on Gumtree) and their team last week during a sunny and thus quite busy Saturday; it was my first time ever going to this dealership. Their team demonstrated a deep understanding of the vehicles (In this case Mitsubishi PHEV) we were interested in with professional and concise communication. Took my CUPRA Leon VZX for a major service today, I can't be happier, "Morty" in the service department is a "top gun guy", his communication & customer service skills are just top notch, I was very well looked after by him. He made the most effort to get me done in the shortest time. As someone working for other dealership myself, I can tell how good he is. I can't recommend those guys enough. When going for your next service ask for "Morty" & you will probably be in the safest hand.
