If you don't bring your pet in enough...if you only resort to the minimum visits per year...then Brighton Animal Hospital will not value you. Let me make this clear if you do not spend enough money at Brighton Animal Hospital and your pet needs immediate care...well then they will say its their policy to not see your little family member and instead tell you that you will have to take him or her elsewhere, and point you to pet emergency care services. On September 1, 2017, we waited nearly an hour in the veterinarian/ patient room for a doctor to see us, for one shot and two nail trimmings. We left without notice, due to other commitments. Moving onto another clinic with more attentive care. Hope you have better long term luck here.
