The customer service at this location is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a customer of Brighton for many many years and have never been treated with such disrespect and been soo uncomfortable in a store. When I walked in to return an item I was asked to wait for Linda to return from I assume break. The moment Linda approached me she was rude and condescending. If anything goes wrong, instead of replacing they send to repair which takes forever. It's happened twice in a few months. Now they were to send it to us since we had moved to Virginia. Now it's stuck in Escondido. Terrible customer service after the sale.
Service is always great here. However I will not buy anymore jewelry. It doesn't look good after a month. It gets dull and tarnished. Since it's not real silver there isn't anything you can do about it. They also couldn't repair of earrings because it was a discontinued model. Not sure why. I was mad. They could have found me something similar to replace them. I would only buy belts. I live the belts but they need new styles!!!
Although they didn't have the purse I wanted available, the staff made phone calls to try to locate one. I ended up with an umbrella. I love it.
The customer service for this location I would rate as a 1 star. I have dealt with them several times in person and over the phone. If it doesn't involve the sale - ( just the service ) it lacks alot of appeal for me to continue to do business with them. I would expect more from the actual Brighton store than the stores that just carry the product. The customer service I have received makes me want to not purchase anymore Brighton products.
In a nutshell. ..I went there and they treated me like I was poor and left helping me for another person that was white...smh..I told all African American friends not to shop there....
The jewlery is nice, but the service is not!! I DO NOT understand why i had to wait 20min to recieve a braclet for my mother, whaile the lady walked around trying to make sales to everyone else, I made eye contact, said excuse me and I was ignored.I only bought the bracelet that day because my mother really wanted it.Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. This place was tiny and crowded with stupid items anyways
