This review is to warn you! DO NOT WORK WITH BRIGHTNESS HOMES BUILDERS & DESIGNERS! As a subcontractor, my experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. The owner, Carlos Narvaez, has repeatedly failed to pay my company for completed work. We have been asking for payment for over a month, and despite numerous promises, he has not followed through.
