I have done business with Brightmeds for over 6 months now. Previously I used several different providers. Brightmeds has been the most dependable quick to respond and in the long run most reasonably priced company. Very quick to respond to questions or concerns and ship the product. Sure other companies may offer first month discounts etc but as a retired Disabled Senior Citizen I like the fact I know my cost is a flat fee every month regardless of my prescribed dose I'm almost at goal weight and feel exceptionally better p... read more
Horrible customer service I would not recommend anyone getting any kind of medical supplies or medication from this company. If I could have I would have given this place zero stars. Please spare yourself of the frustration and getting upset.
Wouldn’t go here, customer service is poor. Got told that since I’m not a customer that they wouldn’t take my prescription.
I definitely would not recommend going to this pharmacy. I've dealt with maria and Kristi and they both have really rude attitudes no kind of customer service. Will not be going to this pharmacy anymore.
