Adding to the growing list of 5-star reviews. Yes, you’re paying for quality blinds and it’s certainly an investment. However, you’re also going to receive top notch customer service from everyone on the Brightline team and that makes the investment easier. We were able to schedule an in-home consultation on a Friday for the following Monday. We had a quote for our selections on the spot. I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge working with Ashley and Chris. Ashley has a really good eye for color and style and Chris was very thorough in explaining the process and blinds. Installation was fast and efficient.
My experience with BrightLine was smooth sailing. They were quick and professional presenting Hunter Douglas at its best.
