However, you’re also going to receive top notch customer service from everyone on the Brightline team and that makes the investment easier. We were able to schedule an in-home consultation on a Friday for the following Monday. We had a quote for our selections on the spot. I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge working with Ashley and Chris. Ashley has a really good eye for color and style and Chris was very thorough in explaining the process and blinds. Installation was fast and efficient.

I had a very good experience with Carolyn! She came to our home to measure and share information on custom product and ideas for the windows in our space (sunroom, dining area & family room). Her quote was done on the spot and the estimated product turn around time is better than other companies I contacted. Carolyn is professional, prompt and has great follow up communication. I am excited for the next phase -- installation!
