My experience with BrightLine was smooth sailing. They were quick and professional presenting Hunter Douglas at its best.
I had a very good experience with Carolyn! She came to our home to measure and share information on custom product and ideas for the windows in our space (sunroom, dining area & family room). Her quote was done on the spot and the estimated product turn around time is better than other companies I contacted. Carolyn is professional, prompt and has great follow up communication. I am excited for the next phase -- installation!
I could not be more impressed with BrightLine's service. Carolyn was very professional and an excellent communicator. She made what otherwise would have been a daunting task very pleasant. When a blind wasn't perfect, the installers caught the minor problem before I did, notified me, and immediately set out to make it right. They too were incredibly professional and efficient. I will definitely return to BrightLine for my next round of window treatments. Highly recommend.
