talll light skin lady was very rude and profiled my friends asking if they lived here but never ask any white person that when they walk past been staying here for a min and i never really go past the front office so the management might of changed the other lady at the front desk was nice thou but the other lady had a very sassy uptight attitude
I am just signing a lease, but working with Bri has made this process super easy, stress free, and even kind of enjoyable. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and transparent with everything. After one conversation, she was able to anticipate what I needed and wanted in an apartment to tailor what I viewed. And it worked! I also needed to get into an apartment quickly, which her and the property manager, Robin, have been amazing about. The apartments I viewed were all clean and matched the description / photos well.
Tony at Brightleaf is the most hardworking, dedicated individual. He takes the time to get to know the residents and is always happy to help. The residents are lucky to have someone like him on their team here!
