Do not use this title company , They were suppose to pay off everything that was owed on my property and 3 yrs later i got a letter from hud saying they didnt recieve any payment, Its also goes on your credit until it is paid off.
Moved in August 2024. Just now read the past reviews and I don't understand why they're so bad. I guess maybe they must have had a change of management or something because we had no issues moving in. My my only one gripe is that my wife says the living room is too small while the kitchen is massive. I mean they could've compromised the spaces but it is what it is
