Our homebuilding experience with DRB (formerly Brightland Homes) was extremely disappointing, especially considering this is a $400k+ home. We put down $10,000 in earnest money and over $9,000 in design options, yet communication and customer service were consistently lacking. Just closed on my home today. My experience with DRB homes was a seamless and straight forward process. Phillip Gracia was a MAJOR contributor in my process. He went above and beyond for me and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. He definitely made me feel comfortable with my decision and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family in search of a home. Very knowledgeable and transparent!
