Worst builder ever. Brightland Homes at Sunterra do not honor their warranty policy and their workmanship quality after the sales is done. House leak after 5 weeks of closing. Water flooded the room. Ignorant and non cooperative response from the team (salesman, construction manager). Builder's warranty person, salesman and construction manager explained its water running via the weep holes???
