My sweet clients just closed on a Brightland Home in Oakwood Estates today. We were madly in love with the Oleander Floorplan. Marcus, our salesman, upgraded to the 9’ ceilings and 3 full baths, plus a small study when they built the house. It’s perfect!! My clients had to sell their home, a contingency, Marcus was patient with us and it all worked out. I’m impressed with the neighborhood, and Brightland Homes. I took my clients into the model home and met Bradley, the sale consultant. He was very attentive and patience with us and answers all of our concerns. Model home is very nicely staged and clean and welcoming and Bradley was very professional and helpful about it even when my clients said they still have not made a decision yet. I will definitely contact Bradley again when they are ready.
