DO NOT build with Brightland Homes. We have had a considerable amount of issues with our house and haven't even been here for 2 years. I made a similar review last year but was told the work wouldn't get done if I left my review up. It has been like pulling teeth to get anyone to do repairs anyways. Just to name a few things, roof not installed properly, defective tub had to be replaced and took 2 months after they tore out tub. Tiles cracked, took months to replace after they tore tile out.
