Absolutely the worst builder you can deal with do not buy house from these people. They use the cheapest contractors to do work. Andres the construction manager is absolutely terrible with communication..he does not respond to any of calls if you need help. Or he will tell you he will take Care of something that you needed than never get back to you. Literally nothing is covered under warranty. We have built three homes with Brightland/Gehan, we were a little hesitant about moving to Anna from Celina, but we loved the neighborhood. The Sales person Alan was amazing from start to finish, answering all of our questions/concerns. Andres the lead on our build was the most thorough builder we have ever had, he went above and beyond to make sure everything from our pre-closing inspection by a third party was completed to standard.
