Great community and beautiful model. Very impressed with the knowledge of the sales team.
I purchased this spec home September 2023 for $425,000 and it has been a nightmare. I added over $50,000 of my cash into upgrades. Thought this would be my final retirement home. Changing the name 3 times does not make quality better. 2 weeks in sewage system failed. 9 months afterward roof caving in and too many other things to list in this review. Sales person (Will?) was BY FAR the absolute worst! Stopped by to get information, and he was discouraging, rude and passive aggressive from the start. We will not be building with DRB- if nothing else, because this is who represents this place!
