Whatever you do, do not do business with them. My poor grandma, did not know better but these guys are snakes. It has been over 2 weeks without them helping me. I have called in and talked to them countless times. They are redirecting me now to just an email that is not monitored. There social media team does not help or care. Dont give money to a place where your loved ones have to pry it out of there greedy hands.

in august 2025 i sent my first attempt to update my direct deposit acct. since then it has taken 6 requests over 7 months to complete it, not including several calls i made. if they cannot handle updating acct information, how can you expect them to handle your money? additionally, when they reject your requests, they do not let you know over email or phone, they send a letter via snail mail which is a hit or miss. so there is no way for the customer to know the request status without calling. and when you do call, it your r... read more

In early March of 2025, my mother had decided to change the beneficiaries on her Brighthouse Financial insurance accounts to my sister and I, who are her only children, rather than her grandchildren because the proceeds were not split evenly amongst the 5 of them.
