Brighthouse plumbing has always been great, they are very responsive, schedule quickly and are very accommodating. Their work has always been awesome, Cody and Jesse are excellent plumbers!
Our usual plumber wasn't available for at least a week, so we were referred to BrightHouse Plumbing. We had a complex shower issue that required multiple new parts. They were able to get us in quickly and were very courteous. I appreciate that they notify you with a distance tracker so you know when they will arrive. Cody was very knowledgeable and took care of everything from replacement parts to the clean-up. The price was very reasonable, too. We definitely found our new plumber!
I think the work was quality. However, the billing and confusion on the original bid and the extra services were disappointing since we were charged for services in the original bid twice. They did correct it for us.
Excellent as always. They do a great job.
