I paid this vendor to conduct an energy audit of my 1890 home and to address several known draft and comfort problems, particularly conditions in my kitchen that result in the space being unusable during the coldest winter months. The company performed the work but during the first winter it became clear that the work that they performed was inadequate to solve the problems. Workers are great but testing isnt accurate and they forget about any follow-up after you pay them. Still waiting for rebate paperwork after 8 months, no response!
