This therapist has been completely unreliable. She canceled two sessions within 24 hours. She barely responds; I have to follow up multiple times just to get a single reply, and she does not answer calls. It’s hard to feel supported by someone who can’t manage basic communication. Therapy requires stability, not excuses. Unreliability and disrespect from a therapist are unacceptable and have no place in this profession. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for consistent or dependable care.
Good luck getting in contact either way anyone at this location. Multiple voicemails unanswered and voicemails not responded too. Ive been inquiring about sessions since 08/05/2025. It’s now 08/27/2025 and have yet to be able to contact anyone directly to set up an appointment. Don’t waste your time here
