These guys don't even deserve a one star,After hearing them over phone n texts message of what they can I do,I was excited but IT WAS A MISTAKE PAYING FOR THEM OVER 2YRS FOR EVERY WHERE,N ALL THEY DID WAS NOTHING,I CALL,LEAVE MESSAGES BUT ONONE EVER CALL BACK UNLESS U MISS A PAYMENT THEY BE QUICK TO CALL,THIS PLACE IS A SCAM N WASTE OF MONEY N YOUR TIME,ALL THEY DO IS COLLECT YOUR MONEY N DO NOTHING NOW I WILL B REPORT TO BBB.I CAN GO.ON N ON,THE WORST SERVICE EVER NOW ITS HARD TO TRUST ANYONE.

They only want your money and they do nothing, I’m already in collection from the IRS, now I’m doing by myself I hope I can resolve my situation, brighter tax is a scam nothing about liars, Amanda and her sister now they closed the office on Ramona street and move to other location in Corona and I believe they are operating with different business name, stay away
Beware!! They keep juggling me from one person to another and nothing gets done. Nothing!! Do NOT give them your money. Please, RUN! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's office. All of you who got ripped off should do the same. I am adding to my review- - - they offered me a refund then they never came through. PLEASE do not give these people your money!! They pull off some paperwork from the IRS website that you could do ourself and show you all the pages to make it look like they did something. A... read more
