Do not recommend. Brighter Strides ABA provided services to my two minor children in VA from approx. Sept 2024 to June 11, 2026. The experience was defined by delays, unstable staffing, poor communication, and inadequate clinical oversight. Meetings happened, but there was repeated lack of follow-through and long stretches where issues were not resolved. ABA is supposed to be data-driven. I had a great experience with Brighter Strides ABA. I toured the facility and immediately felt welcomed by the warm and professional environment. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions. The facility itself was bright, clean, and well-maintained, creating a very positive atmosphere.

My experience so far with my son's RBT and BCBA has been very good. My son has made a lot of progress since he started about a year ago. I appreciate the attentiveness of his RBT and BCBA in updating his goals based on his progress. You can tell they both care about him doing better and letting the resources he needs be available. Communication is also great when plans change unexpectedly. I'm very happy I found and chose BrighterStrides.
