I was surprised how unprofessional this company was. The BCBA observed my child for 15 min virtually and then the RBT never even showed up to our house for the first day of work. No one ever called me to apologize. It was all through email. Needless to say, we moved on from Brighter Strides.

Would recommend Brighter Strides to everyone. From the therapist to the staff working alongside, everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive! We have had no issues and my child has made significant improvements since starting aba therapy with brighter strides. His therapist ms. Addison is amazing and incredibly patient.
