Bright Strides provides great services by understanding the specific needs of our kids, not only with good strategies but also with clear and complete goals. The administrative service is excellent, always willing to help and find solutions.
Poor management, very rude and poor communication over the phone, inconsistent RBT. Don’t get fooled by the 5 star ( most of it is from their staff members) we had No good experience. I highly DO not recommend it!
Really helped my son. Grateful for the work they’ve done especially his RBT!
Estoy muy triste 😭 tenía grandes expectativas y Cuando después de tanto tiempo esperando un terapeuta cuando por fin me dieron uno La chica no le enseñó nada ah mi hijo ,no lo sabía cómo llevar la situación cuando se alteraba el Niño , no avisaba que no iba a llegar asta que era la hora de la terapia, y venía a casa oliendo a mariguana, Realmente todo mal
