Called today to schedule an appointment as a new client and was greeted by someone in a car who could barely hear me. He advised the phone was diverted for some reason. When I advised I couldn’t hear or understand due to being on a car speaker he hung up. Sloppy and unprofessional first impression. Perhaps investing in a descent reception team would be great.
