I have not had adequate help from the staff getting my wife established for an appointment. The send you the files to fill out in encrypted Microsoft Outlook format. You can not get anyone on the phone. It is strictly an automated system for them to call you back. The Clarksville, physical office, has no one in it. I have been emailing back and forth for weeks and now that I have an actual appointment, the staff will not return emails. They have a portal that you can not set up.
