Loved my counselors Neelam. I recommend her to anybody who needs therapy. I was with her for three years. The only reason I stopped is because I moved out of Michigan.
I’ve been doing Telehealth with Neelam Mehta for multiple years. She is extremely professional, compassionate, and always attentive. As a dedicated therapist, she is always available if needed. She is incredibly supportive and patient. Besides therapy techniques, she is also very knowledgeable and well rounded. She always keeps communication open. If I do need extra sessions, she always tries to fit me in. If it weren’t for Neelam, I wouldn’t have experienced as much growth as I have.
These people do not answer their phones. Had horrible time getting ahold of any office personnel, further when visiting in person, was told appointment was cancelled and there was no notification. Becky, the office manager is rude, and does not return phone calls. They do not honor court orders for 50/50 custody, share therapist information or involve both parents in treatment plans for children. They're only capable of providing one parent with portal login. Front desk staff is VERY RUDE and MISLEADING!
My kids have seen a few therapists here. All have been kind, warm and welcoming. They’ve been very helpful.
