This has been THE most unprofessional agency I have attempted to work with. At first we did an intake at home and the caseworker was clearly understanding. It is a relived nightmare to which I explained to the respite coordinator we needed an adequate respite service so that I could get a break. My child had been on supervised 24/7 supervision for nearly a year and a half, not only were tensions between her and I ver tense, but the situation and level of supervision my child needed was very convoluted.
