Colton James was extremely responsive when we contacted him (unlike the experience we’ve had with other contractors) and his team were timely, efficient and did an excellent job. We’d definitely use Brighter Electric for any other electrical needs we have.
We used Brighter Electric for the installation of electrical on our new backyard sauna. Colton was responsive and came by quickly to look at the scope of the work after we originally reached out in January 2026. When we finally got the ball rolling for the project in April and he went out of his way to have several more follow-up consultations (both in-person and through email/text). Colton and the team at brighter electric are great! We have had them help on a few projects and he has consistently been responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient! Very highly recommended!
Colton is very good at what he does, but what sets him apart is his efficiency and customer service. He installed baseboard heaters for us about a year and a half ago. One conked out during our cold spell and within the week he had come to check it out, ordered a replacement under warranty, and installed the new one, all at no cost to us. I highly recommend him
