I would like to say thank you to this hearing clinic for their wonderful attention and care to my ears. Not only did they focus on my ear health rather than selling me hearing aids, they truly listened to what I wanted and needed. The audiologist spent several appts with me to help me understand what I needed and after many discussions I now am going to go ahead with hearing aids. I feel really comfortable with my decision. My ears were fully blocked. The audiologist spent a lot of time with me. Never gave up. Vi is amazing at what she does and is very gentle and patient. If you need anyone to look after your ears please consider Brighter Ears. She is a little owner of a small hearing clinic so she really cares for her patient. Not like the bigger hearing clinics I have been to.
Vi is amazing. She is very thorough and offered a wellness plan in consultation with my GP. I first went to a bigger audiology place and went to Vi for ear suction. That's when she discussed my long term goals. We have now discovered with her audiology diagnostic that at this stage I do not need hearing aids. A big relief after being told by the other company that I would at a very expensive price tag. We now have a long term health plan with earsuction as and when it is needed. Thanks Vi. AAA+ Highly recommend.
Both my children come here for their ear wax removal and hearing test. The team at brighter ears are fantastic at what they do. They truly go above and beyond for us and anyone, I do believe. We have had great experience with Vì and Tausif. My little people love this team and I am very appreciative of their assistance.
I was quite anxious as it was my first time dealing with a blocked ear, but Vi was incredibly kind and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, both during and after the procedure, and made sure I understood what caused the blockage and how to care for my ears afterwards. The clinic itself was beautifully set up and very calming. I felt safe, informed, and well cared for.
