From the moment I walked into this clinic. I felt warmth. The audiologist is very personable. Highly recommend for those in need of hearing test, ear wax removal. Even hearing aids, although I'm lucky I don't need them yet. There is no pressure to decide on any treatment. Very relaxed and informative. Thank you

I did not think that I had a hearing problem but sessions with Vi and Joe showed that some help was needed. The process was straightforward, painless, and very professional. The quality of service and care is over and above the norm. I wouldn't go anywhere else and have convinced people to change over to Brighter Ears.

Really nice and it was really fun. My daughter had a hearing test and it was a great visit for her. We got answers and the audiologist made it very comfortable for us. Would definitely rate this place 11/10
