My wife has small ear canals & several attempts over several days by a nurse at our GP surgery did not clear the blockage in either ear. Vi listened to the background of what brought us to Brighter Ears & then set about solving the problem. Vi kept at it, making multiple attempts at the wax removal. Her persistence & compassion was extraordinary & my wife is very grateful to Vi for clearing her ears. I was in pain and had significant hearing loss from a build up of wax in both ears. Vi was able to accomodate me very quickly on a Saturday morning and remove the problem (wax) with micro-suction. If anyone is looking for this service, I highly recommend giving Vi a call or booking an appointment online. The follow up service and care instructions were also very much appreciated. This service is for both adults and children. Thankyou again Vi!
I saw thes hearing clinic advertise on Facebook. The experience was exceptional. They are locally owned. Speak my language - Vietnamese. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process of ear wax removal and hearing test. The information they have me was also very good. Not pushy and let me make my own decisions about my ears. This team fitted me in last minute. Removed my ear wax and gave me great advice. They are very welcoming and efficient. The price for ear wax removal was the cheapest on the market. But the ability to do their job was far exceeding the price I paid. Glad my doctor referred me here 👍
