I got my hearing aids at this place today. How exciting for me!!!! I can’t wait to test them out. The audiologist here is why I selected this place. She came highly recommended. She not only tested my hearing but she also helped with my ear infection and saved me a trip to the ENT. Thank you to Vi and her amazing team.
I saw the sign at the front of the clinic and walked in. They made time for me. The hearing test was thorough and the explanation was very easy to understand. Follow up is good too. Thank you for your time and your expertise. I would recommend this place as I have had a great experience ! ❤️👌
Vi has been so kind and loving to our little daughter. The ear wax removal has taken longer than expected but she's persistent and is still trying. We value her time and effort a lot. Thank you and would recommend. 🙏🏾
A tinnitus sufferer here! DRIVING ME mad. I went to see vi and ahe was so good at identifying what the cause was. She explained the process and took her time with me over many appts. It was very reassuring the appts and helpful. If you want to have tinnitus assessment and a hearing test - please come to this audiologist. 🤩
This hearing clinic at inala is one of the best I have been to. I would say it is the best! The audiologist is dedicated to her profession. She really cares for the best outcome for me. I really appreciate her so much. Not pushy, not trying to seel me hearing aids. Just listens and guides me so I have better info to do what is best for me . She hasn't charged me anything either due to my circumstances. Thank you and I appreciate you Vi.
