I could not ask for more kind wonderful people. All Ms Giles office and operators are great people kind and caring , you feel right at home .
After attending spravato appointments for almost a year (after getting tired of my major depression episodes) i have to give this place serious credit for the vast improvements in my mental health. However, today i am not sure if i will be going back here again. The medication admin gave me lip about taking accountability since i forgot to call last week about missing my appointment. The provider I saw wasn't helpful at all. After taking benzodiazepines for over 20 years, and my former provider retiring, she would not prescribe benzodiazepines, after being on them for over 20 years. She had absolutely no compassion, and required me to take a drug test before she would even prescribe me Ritalin, which I've also been on for 40 + years. No good, she doesn't have a clue as to what she's doing.
