Unreliable, unprofessional and terrible communicator. My experience with this company has been nothing but the worse. Said she would come at one time then came to a different (excuses given). Said to email quotes, never did. Chased the director of this company through several messages and emails. No answer until complaining message was sent (excuses given). She would still commit to do things (follow up on sending quote after wasiting my time coming to assess my home) she never sent anything and just kept giving excuses. Dec... read more
