The worst! I have a daughter with DS and have personal care hours. We hired Brighter Care. Soon after, realized communication with this owner is difficult. When I brought it up, she got defensive. Without good communication, it is hard to work with anyone, and this is a service that entails schedules and changes in schedules. The kicker for me was when my worker said she was pulled off the case, out of the blue. My daughter and I loved this girl and had no idea why she was pulled because no one called me to tell me anything.... read more

Brighter Care is the best company i’ve ever worked for over 4 years now. You get treated like family and with respect. Client or Employee, you will love this company 15/10 recommend.

Chantel and her staff were able to send someone last minute after my Mom was discharged and needed 24 hr care...Barbara, the HHA who came was wonderful, professional and attentive to my blind Mother's special needs...we will always use their services and I highly recommend their professional and caring company!!
