Terry was wonderful, from our initial conversation he gave me a ballpark quote, then he got out to my listing in less than 24hrs, the final bill was LESS than what he quoted, as a realtor I work with lots of these kind of things and I can count on one hand how many times that has happened. Talk about being trustworthy. He was knowledgeable, helpful and even did a perimeter inspect and letter to help us get through appraisals.
