I had a wonderful experience Brighten Restoration! Terry was quick to respond to my call and promptly set up a time to come assess the situation. He thoroughly tested everything, explained what he found and even gave me information on how to prevent any future damage. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and care he showed throughout the process. I’ll definitely be calling Brighten Restoration for any future needs. Thank you!

Terry was quick to respond to my late call. He helped me figure out next steps, stabilize the leak, and came out first thing the following morning. He quickly pinpointed the leaking pipe in the wall and we were able to get a plumber out to replace it. I’m so grateful we didn’t need to cut a bunch of exploratory holes in the wall 😅

We highly recommend brighten restoration! We used Brighten Restoration at two of our personal homes—one for attic mold mitigation and the other for air quality and preventative mold testing. They also provided detailed photos and all supporting documentation we needed for the sale of our home. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend Brighten Restoration... read more

I can’t recommend Brighten Restoration enough! Terry Pope is one of the most honest and dependable people I’ve ever worked with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me a fair assessment without trying to upsell anything, and followed through exactly as promised. In an industry where trust is everything, Terry stands out as someone who genuinely cares about his customers and doing the job right. If you’re looking for a company with integrity, look no further!
