Great solution base options
They had deliberately made discharge process lengthy and difficult. I requested to discharge with a completed form on 4 June 2024, and it took them more than one and half months to process the discharge - it was then discharged on 23 July 2024. During the process it was also very draining, I had to constantly chase up with them via email and phone calls to seek an update on the discharge process.
