Got into a big argument with the driver. Came out extremely rude and nasty. Apparently kids need to be on the side of the door in order to be allowed on the bus(So why the stop sign). Never knew this was a thing. Driver came out rude and yells at the kids in the morning. I understand kids can be a bit rowdy, excited for a new school day and to be with their friends. I’m incredibly disappointed with Brightbill Transportation. At the start of the school year, I tried to reach out to them to clarify some information about my daughter’s transportation that wasn’t available on the parent portal. I left messages, hoping someone would get back to me, but to this day, I never heard from them. The only way I got the issue resolved was by talking directly to the bus driver—who was actually very helpful.
