Brightbill Transportation has repeatedly failed to take student safety seriously. The driver of Bus 20 has threatened to punch students and give them a black eye on two separate occasions. These threats were reported, confirmed by students, and escalated to both the school and Brightbill. Despite this, the driver is still operating the bus. I have raised safety concerns about this same driver for years, all of which were ignored or dismissed by Elisa at Brightbill. Got into a big argument with the driver. Came out extremely rude and nasty. Apparently kids need to be on the side of the door in order to be allowed on the bus(So why the stop sign). Never knew this was a thing. Driver came out rude and yells at the kids in the morning. I understand kids can be a bit rowdy, excited for a new school day and to be with their friends. But you need to have patience, or hire a bus aid for each bus to control the kids. Called dispatch and all i get is “But” after every sentence, justifying the bu... read more
