This man maybe a good attroney for something other than child custody and visitation. Please parents if you love your kids, please find yourself a different attroney. This man won't fight for your or your child rights. I was a license care professtional for many, many years and this man couldn' t win a custody battle for me. I have helped so many people, but this man couldn' t help me and my child. I have shown the paperwork that I have received from this attroney to other attroneys and it up-sets and saddness them.
Attorney Brightbill and his staff helped us flawlessly through a chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Our financial lives were saved!!!! Due to his professionalism we are now using him for our dissolution. Once again, he and his staff are performing an outstanding job! Thank you James for making this an easy transition in our lives.

This attorney has helped me and my family so many times. He is such a great guy and has gotten a lot of business from us! He always says what he's gonna do and does what he says. That's rare in life to find someone who is not just gonna tell you what you want to hear. Since he knew I couldn't afford to drop a lot of money down for a lawyer he worked with me and took payments. I disagree. I have used him for several things over the years. Everything from a divorce from my first husband, bankruptcy for the debts he caused, and then once again earlier this year to help lower my current husband's child support. I was always treated great and everything was done exactly like he said. He didn't make promises that he couldn't keep.
