I had my teeth cleaned and it was completely pain free....no discomfort. Amber did a great job and explains everything. If she notices anything that concerns her, she will not hesitate to refer you to a dentist or specialist.
No one answered the phone! called twice.
I am FUMING. I had an appointment today, and she was a total no-show. I had to ask my boss for an hour of leave, waited 15 minutes outside a closed clinic, and my calls went straight to the void. When she finally called me back, the reason was that she "had to shovel." Winter?! Come on. That's a no sense excuse. If you respect your clients, you apologize and plan better. Absolutely rubbish service! - I have not received any text from her. - According to the weather news we received 6-7 cm of snow.
Amber is a phenomenal hygienist with much a high attention to detail and understanding how the patient's needs. Very highly recommend her to anybody.
We just took our kids for a dental cleaning, and we’re absolutely delighted! The dentist did an amazing job—everything was done carefully and painlessly. The kids felt comfortable, and the doctor explained everything and was very attentive. A big thank you!
