Doug charged us $300 ,he cleaned the filter which he said dint need it, our pool was green no matter how much we ran it the filter just could not clear it.He said to keep running it.We tried to tell him there was something wrong with the pump or filter because it would stop circulating after 20 min and when tried to vacume it blew all the de back into the pool.. But he kept telling us to keep running it and it would clear up..never did. when I called him and asked for a refund he said we dint hire him to clear the pool,well ... read more
