Took my car for a clean and they damaged the grill of my car and they don’t wanna be responsible for it. They don’t have a manager on site . Do not recommend
Very good service even included buffing as part of the service very satisfied with the finish result. Highly recommend
I loved this place when they first opened. But unfortunately just like many other businesses in our neighborhood they start off hot and fall off a short time later. This is exactly what has happened to Bright Wash and Detail. Today, I invested so much time in line (clearly fault and a big mistake) I ended up spending 2 hours... YES 2 hours waiting to get my car wash. (This includes the the start time of waiting in the line to pulling away in clean car.) Today is January 18, 2025.
