Excellent service all the time🥰
I had a positive experience purchasing glasses from this store. The owner is very courteous and helpful. However, I would recommend implementing a numbering system or a ticketing method to ensure a proper first-come, first-served process. During my visit, I noticed that the staff did not consistently acknowledge the order in which customers arrived. As a result, I had to wait longer while others who came after me were assisted first. A more organized system would enhance the overall customer experience.
These guys rock! If you don't see what you like in their store they will source it and give you options. Bring in a picture of what you want and they'll find it. I wanted " romantic" glasses, so I was shown some beautiful Swarovskian frames. As you can see they are truly romantic. They are a one stop, full service optician/ glassware/ contact lense shop. YOU'RE GONNA LOVE IT?
