I purchased 2 very expensive glasses that have had manufactorer defects and after much talk. Dr. Xu refused to replace my glasses free of charge. I know that if I go to Pearle Vision if I ever had a problem they would replace my lenses immediately, but not with Dr. Xu. (I paid over 400$ for each pair.) She is not very helpful and its frusterating because I expected better service from an upscale optometrist.
