Very helpful, efficient, and friendly staff!!
Today I visited Bright Vision, Its great place. Doctor was very smart and experienced. It was very reasonable.
Receptionist had a bad attitude. Service was terrible. I first went to Bright Vision for my very 1st visit back in April and the receptionist was a very sweet woman who even offered a cool beverage. I initially went in for an Eye exam and contacts exam. The doctor was also very nice. Fast forward to last week. Went in and the receptionist who was a male this time was completely rude. This place is great from start to end. The office itself is very clean and well kept. Scheduling the appointment was quick and I was able to be seen within the next week. Come the day of my appointment I was taken back pretty much right away. It was my first time trying contact lenses. Dr. Shah was very patient and she was able to explain things in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand. I was initially hesitant about touching my eye or trying to grab the lens.
