I cannot express how grateful I am to Bright View. We have 3 kids and a hectic schedule. They are very helpful in getting everything scheduled, keeping us updated on glasses orders and respond very promptly to messages. Everyone is so genuine and thoughtful there.
I was extremely impressed with Bright view Family Vision. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Dr was very knowledgeable. The equipment was state of the art. I will definitely be returning for my vision care.
Messed up my prescription years ago when ordering glasses, which took multiple visits to get right and never fixed my contact prescription to match, even though I paid for that service. Called over the phone to ask for details of updated script and was told I need to pay again if I want help, in a very negative tone. Went to the doctor and the receptionist instantly told me they would call the police if I didn’t leave. Amazing staff that help you with anything you need. Dr Allspaw is very sweet and a wonderful eye doctor. She makes you feel comfortable when giving you your eye exam. Definitely recommend this place!
