I'm evaluating Bright View Exterior for my mother-in-law. I saw a bad review from someone that didn't even use them and their services. Therefore, in an attempt to offset the bad review they received from someone that didn't even use their services... I'm giving them a 5 Star review (from someone that did not use their services).
