Seamless contactless check-in. The room is clean and comfortable. No frills but exactly what I wanted.
Terrible experience. Staff displayed clear racist behavior, making us feel unwelcome. Someone placed CO2 fire extinguishers outside our room, making it hard to breathe and unsafe for our friends and family. No response or accountability from management. Completely unacceptable and dangerous — Bright Velo Hotel failed to provide even the most basic standards of decency, respect, and safety would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The female staff threatened me if I put a bad review it wouldn’t be good for me.
