Mark is an amazing professional. This is my second house transaction through him. He guided us realistically on the value of the house we bought and sold through him. He called it perfectly both time! We had huge market fluctuation challenges but he kept adjusting the price to our advantage. He was very sympathetic to our needs to sell as quickly as we can. Despite that he got us the best price he could under the circumstances and within our time line. We are so grateful!
