I couldnt agree more with the other posted comment. The only reason I gave it a "poor" rating was that the owner did seem to be a good therapist when we could get her there. The owner is unreliable, is "sick" all of the time, and doesnt follow through on most things. I called four times in one week to have her follow through on submitting a revised report for our three year transition meeting. She still has never responded or provided the report-how disrespectful!. I honestly cant believe people can stay in business this way... read more
