They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush my appointment at all, and took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
