Dr. Crane and the staff are wonderful. I brought my 4yo and 2.5yo and they both had a wonderful experience. Staff were friendly and polite and answered all my questions. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and they called me to confirm and texted the day of to remind me of the appointment. The lobby was clean and had lots of toys for the kids to play with. Awesome customer service and accommodating.
Why does no one answer the phone, EVER! I don’t have any issues with treatment. It’s just that when I need to confirm something or have a question no one answers the phone EVER!
Love this dentist, this was my 1st time. My son has autism and I love the patience that they had with him.
